The Creator who loves us, super smart and nurturing, made sure
that we are all well provided for. Nature has all the nourishment, the
answers and the healing products we need for when we are suffering from
ill health. We, sons and daughters of the Creator, have strayed so far
away from mother nature that we are now fully dependent on greedy fellow
humans to supply us with artificial medication treating the symptoms of
whatever ails us, never the cause, making sure that we never heal
completely.
The good news is that we are in the process of waking up and every day we hear of another fruit or vegetable that has so many benefits for us.

In the good old days just over half a century ago, people living in Asia, on islands like the Philippines consumed a diet of rice, vegetables and, yes, you guessed it, an abundance of coconut. For many generations these people considered coconut the cure for all illness and so they ate the meat, drank the milk and used the oil for cooking daily. They turned to coconut to heal coughs, flus, earaches, toothaches, skin infections, constipation and much more.
Contrary to what we've been informed about the bad effects of coconut, these people hardly ever heard of diabetes, heart disease or cancer. They all enjoyed abundant good health. Not only that but coconut oil has been shown to protect from viruses, infection, bacteria, thyroid, cancer, heart and brain problems. Coconut beautifies the skin and what more it burns fat!
